Jesus
is the central figure of history, of our church communities, and of the
individual lives of Christians.
His life and ideas have shaped Western society, and today hundreds of
millions of people around the globe order their lives after his
teaching and example.
Christians are people whose lives are rooted in Jesus Christ. At the heart of Christian belief is not a theory or idea, but an event: the resurrection. After his death on the cross, Jesus rose from the dead, and can still be known today through his Spirit. By following Jesus, it is possible to experience God directly in our own lives, and know his life-changing power.
Our churches exist to connect the life of Jesus with the lives of the individuals and communities we serve. We seek to help people experience the reality of Jesus's love and grace, and by following Jesus to live the fullest, richest life they possibly can. These pages will begin to introduce you to the person who has changed the course of our lives ... and can change the course of yours, too.
